I am very dissapointed in the Anna and Elsa design it is very dense and the outline is way overdone too much

moesew please send photos with your problems. All our embroider design used standard density 0.4 st per mm. (for cotton). If you need embroidery with decreased density < this is not problem, just need send request via Contact us form. Also in this page you can see successful work another customers.
