I am writing to ask about the copyright for your embroidery patterns displayed at your website https://embroideres.com. I would like to download both the free patterns and paid ones, sew them on kids clothes that I make and sell them (both here in the Czech Republic as well as abroad).
So, my question is: is it legal to buy + download embroidery from you, apply them on kids wear and sell those clothes?
Do I need to gain some licence to be entitled to do that? I would also like to obtain the full postal address of your company and telephone number. Last, could you let me know who the author of the embroidery is, please?
