Bought the digital design to decorate a baby blanket. Stitched out better than I expected. Nice and simple elephant - a very appropriate image for a baby to look at. Thank you! And now I'm going to make a great shopping here for Christmas gifts. I think the best present is made by hands. Good service!

I downloaded the baby elephant for decorating my daughter's blanket. Stitched out very neat. A very simple design for a beginner like me. Easy to buy, easy to use, not easy to choose))

Hi . I purchased a Design from you last night and have been sent it twice and been charged twice for it. When I sent payment via Paypal. In came up and said incomplete please try again. which I did and got the design I was after I now notice that I have been sent it again and charged for them both. What do I do to get refund for the other design.Many thanks

The second purchase of "Elephant" lego figure was made to see if your add was correct that it could be down loaded as an EXP rather than ART. We did not see an EXP possibility and ART will not run on our machine. We will not be down loading the 2nd purchase.

No need to buy a second time. You can simply add a new format to the history of orders. We did it for you. Log in to your account and download machine embroidery designs in a new format.
