We purchased a few designs from your website by accident that are to big for our machine. Is there any way we get a credit for them?, we are a new user and did not think to check the size.

Hi I have the Elephant and butterfly design but do not understand the files with a letter in description but no size. I stitched out the first one and it stitched out beautifully but it is too big for one of the items I am embroidering. It’s for a baby layette. I can reduce it on my machine but would prefer to know if each file has its own size and what is the difference in each file. I hope this makes sense.
