Hi, I have a problem with the “.rar” files. Cannot open them and the rar opener doesn’t seem safe and realiable. The security system sent a warning, when I tried to get it.Why are the files not downloadable like all the others I bought today?

We see that you are our old customer. And before that, had no problems with downloading files. We do not use the RAp archive. Only zip. Any system can open it. You may have downloaded it with an error. so we send it by mail again. If you need, we can send embroidery designs in an uncompressed state.
