I am writing because I am having download issues with my purchased designs.
I have purchased two of your peter rabbit designs, but they aren't downloading, I have checked and rechecked that they are the size I need,but still nothing is in the files, can you please help with this? I have always had great success with your designs.
I am trying to do a towel for a baby expected any day and would really appreciate any help.
