Hi,I don’t see my machine listed. Will this work with the Brother SE600 4x4 hoop?

If your type of embroidery machine is not available, you can choose any type of embroidery machine with a similar hoop. You can also check the size of the design on the product page. This design is larger than your hoop size.

hi therei just purchased some patterns and now i really would like to get going with projects. it looks like i am able to transfer the patterns to the usb and i can see it in there but when i bring it to my jenome 550e it doesnt show the pattern. i am hoping you can help me out on this by explaining what i may be doing wrong. i am new at this and have downloaded and completed projects with another company with no problem.i am anxiously awaiting your help. thank you

1. We downloaded and tested the designs and sent them to you by email.
2. When you download the files, first save the files to your hard drive. Only then transfer the files to your USB media. It is important.
