First, you must tell the which design you want a smaller size. And specify the sizes you want.

How can I get access to use the designs I purchased (4x4, pes)? The only one I can access is kitch 267 (not 267b, c, or d). All other purchased designs have a red hoop with a slash through it. I would greatly appreciate your help with a solution.

how can i have this resized? i purchased it use with Brother pe800, but each design is too big for the machine.
