I received an email from support regarding lilo and duckling design. I am not getting the pdf even though I have checked it. I have tried to download several times, I get all sizes of the design but no pdf color chart. At the same time I ordered lilo and turtle and that pdf downloaded fine. I have followed the link on the email from support and still have had no luck. I finally just had to look at the picture on your website and follow that.
