I purchased this embroidery design a few years ago and would like to know if you could do this design in a smaller version. I tried to reduce it down but it doesn't stitch out as nice. I reduced it down to 4.50"h x 2.50"w. I wanted to stitch it out on a child's tee shirt size 2T. Thank you in advance for your help. I am will to purchase it in the smaller size.

We can made small size as free. But it is difficult for us to guarantee a qualitative result. We recommend that you first try out a trial version. You do not have to pay for it.

When I purchase an item there are many different downloads available and I am wondering what the difference is between them? I downloaded some patterns and they are too big for my machine to do so I was wondering if there was a way that I could resize them?

There were several that were to big, the wild logo, the wine cup, as well as several others. I amusing a Brother SE600 and a 4x4 area. The Harley Davidson logo that I bought works just great so I am not understanding why the others will not work.

Your machine has a hoop 4 x 4. Many designs are sized that are compatible with machines that have large hoop sizes — 5 x 7, 6 x 8 inches. Therefore it is important to check the size of the design on the product page.

Stitched out the gnomes on my Janome Skyline S9. Ideally! Thank you! Cute digital pattern. I love how this stitched out. It made a perfect quilt element for a Christmas quilt.

Dear Help line,I was inquiring as to why I do not see PES format for this design, as it is shown on the main page to be available? Do I have to do something different?
As well, it says I have 7 free designs available. How does this work? And is there a restriction as to which designs, as I may be interested in some more gnomes once I test this design?

You can choose free designs from a special catalog https://embroideres.com/embroidery-catalog/free-embroidery-designs/. The order takes place as a regular order. You can download the selected products in the order history.
