The feather is so detailed and gentle! I decorated several clothes with the pattern. Embroidered ideally on my Brother. My hat looks festively with the feather design. Thanks!

Regarding the below order, number 272874 placed on 3rd March 21. Feather 43 seems not to have downloaded. I've tried several times to download the design then transfer it to a USB, each time I go to the file on my embroidery machine, a message appears saying no file content?
All other designs from the same order are fine. Can you please advise me on how to resolve this issue?
