Frozen embroidery designs

Sooo cute)) This is exactly what I needed to finish a project. Stitched out perfectly, looks fantastic! Thank you!

I just downloaded order 216694. I didn't realize I only had the formats set for ART files only, I also need the EXP files. Is there a way to redownload to get both files??

I purchased this design today in the .pes format. I noticed that on the sluigi1.pes file the 'L' on his hat isn't complete. Could this be corrected and then I could download again? Thank you.

I have recently purchased some designs (thank you, they are great designs!)
It says I can download some free designs. When I go to the free link at the top of the page and find a design, I do not see how I add that to my cart. It just gives me the specifics about the design.
Can you help me, please?

Answer to paola: You can choose any designs from a special category https://embroideres.com/embroidery-catalog/free-embroidery-designs/. You simply add projects as regular products. At the end of the checkout, you can download the files you have selected.

I have a basic model machine, Brother 1250D. I tried to download a file of our team mascot. In the list at the right side of the download page, there are three formats listed: Brother .phc, .pec, and .pes. I don't know if any of those will be right for my machine. I tried downloading all three of them on my laptop, unzipped them and then put them on a memory stick. When I put the stick in my machine I can't seem to get any of the files. Is my machine not able to read them? In the instruction book that came with the machine the directions are very poor. In one little sentence it says my machine won't read any but .dst.
Can you help me?
