I ordered from you because I wanted the two FORGET ME NOT files because I do charity items for an old folks home for them to raise funds and their logo is FORGET ME NOTS so that is why I placed the order but neither of the files came in JEF format which Is the machine I use for all my work
I don't use the brother machine much and I really need the JEF format in ALL the files I purchased and my FREE files
I have tried to re order them in Jef but it wont let me
PLEASE can you send me the forget me not files in JEF format as soon as possible as they have an open day in 3 weeks and I wanted to make some things for them
