I purchased a design Saturday and went to download to my Mac but was unable to do so. Knowing that some things are not compatible with a Mac, I tried to download the design on to my PC today and I got a message saying the folder was empty. Then another message came up that said the design was not compatible with my Brother 10 needle machine.
