I have been trying with no success to get in touch with someone about half the designs in my order not working despite saying they are in my file format including the ones I had to buy to get free ones . Thankyou

I have 2 downloads that will not open with PED BASiC, and this are Nostalgic cat (cannot read this file version) although showing as a PES file and Drinking Cat (showing as Unexpected file format) also a Pes file. All other free machine embroidery design designs I have downloaded and purchased I have had no problem opening. Please could you look into this for me.

this is stunning, my son would love this , but sigh its way to big for my machine, the largest hoop l have is 5x7

I have used this on a tie and hand-towel. Lots of complimetary comments. Design resizes well with a free program I downloaded for this plus changes formats to your machine.

I just cant get the nostalgic cat free design to download. It only saves as a jpg but will not save as pes. Ive read all the instructions. I use Microsoft predesign. I am signed to embroideries

In the right column on the download page all formats are listed. Select Brother PES and click on the link. Keep it on your computer. Next, follow the instructions to your embroidery machine to load designs. You must be logged in to leave a reply. Login »
