The design is absolutely incompatible with embroidery machines having only a hoop size of 4 x 4. We do not recommend changing the design measurement by more than 10-25%.
Design is a file in digital format. For transfer to the embroidery machine, you do not need additional software.

My machine takes up to a 10" hoop. If the hoop size is a problem, the message I receive is "please insert a larger hoop". The message I get from a pattern that is too dense is "cannot accept this format". I believe the 94KB is more than my machine can handle, and I don't have the software that will allow me to remove some of the stitches. Thank you.

I download this free embroidery design, but my hoop is 4 x 4. The smallest one is too wide and I can\'t open it to resize it. Can you resize the width to less than 4 inches for me? I love the design and I can\'t use. please help me.

I have sent 3 em\'s now. The embroidery pattern is too large for me to use. I\'m new to this and apparently can only use 4 x 4 hoop.
