On April 8th I purchased the design Baby Mickey Sleeping in the pes. format. After it was paid for I downloaded the design on my machine. Later when trying to pull the design up so I could transfer it over to my machine, there was no design. This is the 2nd or 3rd e-mail that I have sent and would appreciate hearing back from someone so that this problem can be resolved!! Don't appreciate purchasing a design and then not being able to download it or even use it. Please Advise!!
