I am trying to add free designs to the shopping cart, I get a warning sign saying they were added put when I view my cart it says it is empty.

Do you need to purchase something before downloading the FREE designs????? I've tried have 2 screens one says going to shopping cart other shows a list one says 4USD = 10 downloads (or something like that)????
