I purchased this design, but cannot get it to myBernina 220/730. I also have a babylock Florish. I just want to be able to get the design to sew on one of the computers. Can you help?

This embroidery machine used EXP format. We add this format. You can download design in both formats. Also any time you can change (add ) more formats. More information here https://embroideres.com/support#8829

Griffter: No these sizes bigger for your bigger hoop. This embroidery machine comaptible only with 4 x 4.

I purchased 2 designs this morning and it said that they were sent to dran***@gmail.com, but I didn't receive anything. Also, I don't use gmail anymore and I would like to change to dran***@yahoo.com.I need to get the two designs by tomorrow, so please resend the downloads to dran***@yahoo.com.

This is the best design I have ever used and I have been machine embroidering for 15 years. No threads to clip at the end. Stitched out beautifully! I'm going to see what other designs this shop has!!
