Hello, How much would cost to create embroidery design from attached picture in Brother.pes format? The size about: width 110mm, height 76mm. I have attached picture in .JEPG (please ignore the gray shadows, I do not need them), if the is too many lines please simplify the picture. I have also have my own (not so good) design, but there are too many stitches on top of each other and make holes in the fabric. I do not have good embroidery program. Please modify whichever is easier and send me a quote

NCarman: What software do you use? If Artlink, then you need to use EXP or ART. Which type depends on the type of embroidery machine you have.

Several designs were purchased December 31, 2019. I emailed January 6, 2020 stating I cannot access the designs ... there is a red slash across a hoop on the designs. I'm greatly disappointed I haven't gotten any response regarding this matter. Please respond with a resolution to the matter. I would like to utilize the designs I purchased. If that isn't feasible, please provide a full refund.

I have a Brother SE425 with a 4x4 hoop.The issue is, I can't transfer the designs from my computer to the portable disk, nor can I access them with the sewing machine is connected to the computer.
