I recently purchased several designs that after checking my machine and hoop qualified. I have a Brother SE600 with a 4x4 hoop. One is a NE Patriots Football one as well as several others. The machine uses .pes and.phc. The ordering info said it came in multiple sizes including 4x4 but it cannot be read by my machine. Please help.

I ordered and paid for 3 designs this morning and now I am told I can't download them. Also I was not able to choose the size I wanted on each design only the formaty. I find your website difficult to manuver. any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated

answer to izi99: The design that you bought has different dimensions. Other sizes are designated by different names. Example: minnb1.ART size 90 x 100 mm, minnb1a.ART 100 x 110 mm, minnb1b.ART 120 x 135 mm,
