I ordered several designs using your suggested files for Bernina machines. I own a Bernina Artista 640 & it requires files ending in .exp and not .art. Is there a way to exchange my purchases for the correct file extension or do I need to repurchase the designs in correct format?
Make a purchase of 13 designs with print order # 199097. After downloading the files and opening them:

Wanda (wanda.pes)
Beatrix Potter small /beatpot.pes)
It shows me an "incorrect format" warning and it does not allow me to open it.
Try to download them several times at different times and give me the same message. Can you solve this problem? Thank you
