I have a Bernina 830 which reads exp files. when I looked at the design I wanted to order, it said, Bernina, ART, exp. but when I actually ordered the design, it only came in ART and I cannot seem to use it. Help?

All newest Bernina embroidery machines used EXP format. You can choose new format in Order History.
