I placed my order and received my designs. They only downloaded in .pes. Is there a way that I can receive a .jpg image to view in my desktop file window? I have used the designs and the images appear in my LCD window on my machine, but thought if they were in .jpg it would make computer selection easier.

We sent your machine embroidery designs and images to them by e-mail. The designs are a table of colors. Unfortunately, we do not add image files to our designs. But we will make this feature soon.
