I find your website today, an fantastic website. I need your customer digitizing service. And I have some questions as below, would you please help to tell me? Thank you.1.If I customer a embroidery design, who own the copyright? Can I use it in personally or business by myself? Any other also can purchase it on your website?
2.You know the design you send to our email may need to evaluating , will you help to adjust the embroidery design? Is it in free? As the embroidery material and many fact may cause something different. For example the velvet, different kinds of velvet villi high may cause the actual embroidery work in different.
3.You just provide the DST format to us, right? Can we get the EMB file? All of our machine is in brand Tajima.
4.If we just have a idea(means we don't have a picture), will your artist will also can work out the embroidery design?

Answer to reerah: We have 2 types of files for the color table. Format JPG and PDF. You have chosen only one. We added you a second one in your account. Also note that you have not selected any type of file format for embroidery.
