I just received this morning 3 new files. However, they were sent in PEC. I can't use PEC I need them in PES. I don't know if I hit the wrong box or if it just got mixed up in the translation. The order shows a date of 6-29-19 although I didn't pay or receive them until today the 13rd of July.The order # is 198716, under Shirley thanks looking forward to the designs,

I need a dst or pes format. I dont think it downloaded that way
