I paid for this with my credit card and have a confirmation number well over a month ago and it still will not allow me to download the design. When I go to my account, it is still showing that it can't be downloaded! Please help! Thank you!

I like your designs but most of them are slightly too large for my 4x4 hoop which will stitch 3.5 in . Should I decide to order in the future, can you resize the pattern to fit my machine? How would you do that?

I would like to know if you can supply me with a new Pixar Cars design called Red, the fire engine please. I purchased one from India but it is not very good, it looks like a cartoon. It is flat, has a front on view and does not look like 3D. I would like the fire engine to be like the other Cars designs that I purchased from you as I am making a quilt and want it to look uniform.I have sewn out all the other designs and they look great! Can you email me back as soon as possible please and let me know if you can supply this design or not. If you can then I will wait to purchase the design from you if not I will have to find something else but I need to know ASAP so I can finish the quilt. skeenah - This is not possible, This embroidery design have lots of very small elements and shadows, After resize these elements may be left.
