I am familiar with download process. I did get ART and PES I do need both. I could not figure how to get the PDF of color change. I had it checked with the formats. al

i purchased the files below but I cannot seem to transfer them to my Brother Embroidery Machine in PES format. when i download the files they appear to be IE files and will not show on my machine. I am new to embroidering but I have purchased other files which transferred over ok. Are you able to help me please?
