Forest animals embroidery designs

I just sent a message through the website. I wanted to give the order number again. Out of all the files I am given, there is usually one that fits my machine or I can size to fit the size i am looking for. Out of all the flies I was given for the saxophone in this order, not a single one is sized in a a way that I can even select it on my machine. When I try to select, it says it is too large for my machine. I would love to be able to do this project to match the volin i have already done. Can someone please get back to me ASAP on this. I am supre frustrated as I have sent several emails and purchased this almost two months ago and still cannot do this project! I have had no response. Please let me know if I am going to be able to get a file that fits my brother machine and allow me to adjust the size that I would like.

All dimensions are shown on the design page. You can also choose your type of embroidery machine in your account. Then you will see the sizes that are compatible with the hoop on your embroidery machine.
But it's not a problem. Just email us your type of embroidery machine and the maximum hoop size.
