Your have special software and hardware for transfer embroidery files to machine? What size and format you using?

I have met them online. Next week I open a store to the public and I would like to have a business relationship with your company. I have bought two embroidery machines with one head and I would like to be able to use their work system since I do not know the machines and their programming. I would like to know if there is the possibility of using some of your photographs to advertise me and to be able to sell your products with my machines in my shop. If possible I need to be authorized to do so with your knowledge and consent. Best regards

I cannot upload this item to my embroidery machine. I downloaded as a zip file then when I chose the smallest pes file it will not upload to my machine, I there anything that can be done some that I can use this file on my machine?
