I have placed and order this evening order. When I get it in my email to download it is in ART which is the wrong format. I own a Bernina 770 which uses EXP, and I do not have any converting software, rendering this files totally useless to me. I did this in the Fall as well and again they are unusable on my embroidery machine. :( Is there any way that I may receive the proper files in EXP, without incurring further expense? at least on this evenings order?
I am hoping you can assist me.

We have added the EXP format to your account. You can download the designs you have bought in a new format.
There are no problems in the future if you bought or changed the embroidery machine. At any time you can change (add new) format. This is done in the order history.
