the north face is suppose to have an outline in same color around the design not the letters just the other part

We have Tajima Pulse 12 Creator software. We have a customer who is complaining that the block font that we are using does not have uniform height letters.Some letters are slightly taller than others. Do you have a font that you can suggest that would solve this problem?
