I just ordered several designs and some free designs. I have not been on your site for a couple of years and I have bought a new embroidery machine recently. When I got the email from you, stating that my downloads were ready, I saw that they are all in the .HUS format. I no longer have a Husqvarna Viking Designed 1 machine. I now own a Brother Innovis Dream Weaver XE VM 6200D embroidery machine.

Is it possible to please change the items I ordered into the PES format?

I am sorry that I did not think to change the format before paying for the order.
