I have a question. Last spring I order a lot of designs on JEF ( for my Janome embroidery machine) but I have bought an Brother embroidery machine and they use PES. Is it possible to get the Pes design for all the designs.When not it's ok but when yes thank you.
Please let me know.

No problem. at any time, you can add or change the format. There are no restrictions. It's simple . In the order history Select the desired format and click save. After that, the designs you need in a new format will be available for download. Detailed instructions here. https://embroideres.com/support#8829
