I have downloaded this purchase as it had listed that I am able to utilize the design with a 4x4 hoop. However when I attempt to upload the design to my machine, it is reading an error message that the design is too large. If you could resize it so it will fit in a 4x4 hoop for PES format, I would greatly appreciate it.
