This design was perfect. After trying multiple designs by other shops and getting terrible stitch outs, it was so NICE to get a great and perfect stitch out from this shop! If I could give 100 stars I would! Thanks!!

HELLO, IN MY RECENT ORDER #219169. I DID NOT RECEIVE THE DESIGN FOR THE FRECKLED UNICORN AND I COULD NOT GET THE COLOR CHART FOR EEYORE. PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS ISSUE.THANKS

Hi i have just bought some embroideries and i have a jenomi which says to download jef+ but it does not work! Please give me some advice as they are no good to me. Can i change them?

My embroidery hoop size is 4x4, when ordering design from your site is it safe to order designs that are 3.9x3.9? I have never ordered designs in this format before as I always order designs that are labelled as 4x4.Thank you!
