No, you do not need to buy designs again. You can change and choose a different format in the order history. You can read how to do it here. https://embroideres.com/support#9623

I ordered my first ever embroidery order for my new machine. Most of them are too large so I can’t use them on my machine. Is there a way to make them smaller or to exchange them for ones I can use? I’m completely new to embroidery so any help for future orders would be appreciated as well. Thanks in advance. manda Hall
