Stitched out the Thumper on a baby bath towel, this was the first try in embroidery. I'm excited about it! I'm going to present the towel to my niece, she'd love it! Great design, thank you!

Lovely hare pattern! It looks wonderful on my baby bib, very cute! Just a pleasure to purchase from the store and to embroider the hare! Quality of embroidery is great as usual. Worked with Pfaff creative. I recommend!

I ordered the Triumph logo tonight, I requested jef format and they all came through as ngs doc and my janone program does not recognize them what do I do now,

What embroidery machine you have? Janome used 2 formats JEF and JEF+. NGS format need for Wings software. For open files in software need using import function. But for sew no need open in software. You can save file to USB stick.
