HelloMy name is Karlene Farris, I ordered a embroidery design of Vanellope. When reading the directions I think I miss read them and I mistakenly clicked the PES design but what I did was exclude the PES design for when all the designs orders come up to pick from the PES design I am not able to down load. I am sorry. I am very new at this down load from the Internet to a flash drive so if you could give me any help I sure would appreciate it. I am not sure how long before you are able to answer my e-mail so I will look for your respond eargly.
