I downloaded it on to my computer again and it came out beautiful! Is it ok for me to place more orders with you? My hoop size is 4" x 4" pes. The sizes for the Redskins and the Ravens logo 3 are bigger. Thanks! V.

I purchased the Redskin Logo. I was unable to download the small size design; the 2 other sizes downloaded fine Please send me the design in small size ASAPThanks

I bought the redskins logo this morning and can not get it to download properly. It shows that it is there but nothing will show up in my machine. Could you tell me if i am doing something wrong

Placed an order for two Redskins machine embroidery designs. Would like to download again in a different format, since I now have a new machine that does not recognize an ART or VP3 format.Order information:

this order connected with another account. Your remember register data?You must open the order history and the order you want to download.
1. On the right in the column, mark the format(s) you need.
2. Click on the button Save and filter out
3. To download the designs you have purchased in new format(s), click on the button Download all as .zip.
4. Save the archive to your computer or other device.
