Why Can’t I Download My Order After Paying with an eCheck?

If you paid using an eCheck, your order will not be available for download immediately. This is normal.

An eCheck (electronic check) works like a traditional paper check. The payment must fully clear through the banking system before it is approved. Until the funds are confirmed in our bank account, the order status remains Pending, and download access is temporarily unavailable.

⏳ How Long Does eCheck Processing Take?

Typically, eCheck payments take 3–5 business days to clear.

However, processing time may vary depending on your country:

  • 🇳🇱 Netherlands – up to 6 business days

  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom – up to 7 business days

  • 🇨🇦 Canada – up to 8 business days

  • 🇫🇷 France – up to 10 business days

Please note: weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

💳 How Does an eCheck Work?

  1. You choose a product and pay via eCheck (usually through PayPal).

  2. The payment goes through the Payment Gateway.

  3. The transaction is processed through the banking (ACH) network.

  4. Your bank verifies the funds.

  5. Once cleared, the money is transferred to our bank account.

  6. The payment status changes to Completed, and your download becomes available.

Because this process involves bank verification, it cannot be instant.

📥 When Will I Be Able to Download?

As soon as the payment status changes to Completed, your embroidery designs will be available in:

My Account → Order History

You will also receive a confirmation email once the payment clears.

✅ What Should I Do Now?

If your payment was made via eCheck:

  • Simply wait for the clearing process to complete.

  • Check your order status in your account.

  • If more than the expected processing time has passed, contact your bank or PayPal for details.

We understand the wait can be inconvenient, but this method provides additional security for online transactions.

Thank you for your patience!
