No physical items are shipped.
Order Processing & Download
Once your payment is successfully completed, your order is processed automatically.

Digital files are usually available for download immediately after payment

In rare cases, processing may take up to 24 hours

You can download your files anytime from Your Account → Order History

A download link is also sent to your email address used during checkout
No shipping address, delivery method, or tracking number is required.
Shipping Costs
There are no shipping or handling fees, as all products are delivered digitally.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once files are downloaded, they cannot be returned or refunded

If you experience any technical issues with your files (corrupted download, missing files, etc.), please contact us — we’re happy to help.

You are responsible for downloading and safely storing your purchased files.
